Black Friday Free Interim Service Offer – Terms and Conditions

Offer:

  • Customers who purchase an eligible MotorEasy product through The Telegraph Car Manager platform between 20 and 27 November 2026 (inclusive) can receive one free interim service.

Eligible products:

  • The offer applies to full-plan purchases of MotorEasy products, including Warranty, GAP Insurance, Alloy Wheel Insurance, Cosmetic Repair Insurance and Tyre Insurance. Monthly payment plans are excluded.

Voucher application:

  • Customers must apply the promotional code at checkout during the offer period to qualify. The code cannot be applied retrospectively.

One per customer:

  • The offer is limited to one free interim service per customer, regardless of the number of eligible products purchased.

Qualifying period:

  • Customers must wait six months from their original eligible purchase date before redeeming their free interim service.

Cancellation:

  • If the eligible policy or plan is cancelled within the first six months of purchase, the customer will no longer qualify for the free interim service.

How to redeem:

  • Once the six-month qualifying period has passed, customers can contact MotorEasy directly by phone and quote the promotional code used at checkout. MotorEasy will then arrange the free interim service at a convenient date, time and participating garage location, subject to availability.

Redemption window:

  • The free interim service must be booked within 12 months of completing the initial six-month qualifying period (between months 6 and 18 from the original purchase date).

Service inclusions:

  • The offer covers one standard interim service only. Any additional work, repairs, replacement parts or services outside the standard interim service are not included and will be charged separately.

Other promotions:

  • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotional voucher.

Availability:

  • Service bookings are subject to garage availability and applicable geographical restrictions.

Offer changes:

  • MotorEasy reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion, subject to applicable law and without affecting customers' existing statutory rights.
