How to send a message

Welcome to MotorEasy. We are delighted to assist with your motoring needs, and our team is happy to answer any queries you might have about our policies, the MotorEasy account, or anything else.

This page is to help you use our messaging system to contact a member of our team to discuss any quieries you may have regarding your policy or quote.

 

How to send a message 

  1. Log into your MotorEasy Account
  2. Click the menu (it’s usually called a hamburger menu I think!)  button on the top right of the screen
  3. Click the mailbox button
  4. Click new message
  5. Select the message type and product type that fits your message best or select ‘Other’ if unsure
  6. Write a subject that briefly describes your message
  7. Write a message in the “Enter your message” box detailing what you need assistance with
  8. Attach any images or files that support your message
  9. Click the send message button to finish
